A separate input file should be created for each detector geometry
There should be one line in each file per detector. Each line should contain
the numbers for the parameters in the appropriate list below, space delimited,
in the exact order shown.

Note that, for cylindrical geometry, resisitve and non-resistive detectors can be
simulated. For resistive detectors, energy-dependent (with 1/E dependence) position 
resolution and energy-dependent thresholds are simulated.
For non-resistive detectors, there is no energy-dependence to the position resolution
and thresholds (ie they are fixed to the value entered). This is achieved by setting
setting the Energy at which the position resolution is measured for that detector
(Energy of Pres) to exactly zero.
